13 most wanted criminals living in Spain

The UK National Crime Agency and Crime stoppers have today publish on line the photographs of 13 most wanted criminals who are believed to be living somewhere in Spain.

I think the reason criminals regard Spain as a safe haven is the lack of checks done on identity when renting a property and the relatively inaffective police force. They can blend into the ex-pat population and if they behave themselves and if they have sufficent funds get away with it for years.
Lets make it that bit harder and contact the Guardia Civil if you suspect anyone on this list.
