Always kept account on how much my Spanish dream has cost me over the past 10 years

I have just had my last bills of the year in, Water, Electric and AnnualTax.

I occupied 2013 for approx 120 days this year. So two months short of my Max

Inc Pool Clean, Security company Buildings and Contents,Bank Charges, Tax, Solisitors Fees,IBI, Electric & Water.

Total Running Cost €3548.60.  This was €325.57 more than last year. €0.89 cents a day more.

Purchase Price 2003. €128.000. Selling for in the hight of the Property boom €345.000. Value now approx €200.000.

Still Happy. You bet I am. Bring on the Next 10 years

Owning a car:-    depreciation too
