Hi is there anyone buying on the Vista del Guadiana devolopemnt on the Costa Esuri site ? We are due to sign contracts soon and would be really interested talking to anyone buying on the same development.

My partner and I are buying on the Vista Guadiana site - Plot 38 ....and we too are just about to sign contracts after more than a year of waiting !!!!!! We are going out to the site next month to see if they have actually done anything with the land yet ....don't suppose whether you know or not?

Is this development below yours ? If so you can join your development's message board, see if anyone's posting in there. Just click on Costa Esuri & it'll take you to page where you register free. If you put " Costa Esuri " into Google you will see there's another forum discussing it ! Good luck.
Helen & Pete, a word of caution... don't give out your plot number on a public forum, it's not safe. Edit it out.
