 We live in a small community of villas and smaller blue top houses . Our A.G.M   is comming up and one of the owners wants to split our small community of 32 houses  into two . (17 houses and 16 houses ) is this legal can he do this. I know he need 100% vote and he wont get ours so the motion wont be carried but I would just like to know if his proposal is legal.

I know of a community who wanted to do the same NOWAY, your a community and all houses stand on one plot of community land.

However if all 100% of owners after a vote,  want to split into two,  all owners  have to have their Escuturias re written, lodged on the Catastro,and at your own expense.

Thank you so much nitram, our AGM was yesterday and I had no need to worry as most voted against it, but it was never mentioned our escuturias had to be rewritten
