Glaucoma and Cataract Operation

Hi, has anyone had an operation recently for GLAUCOMA and CATARACT removal at the same time at the Costa del Sol Hospital? I wish to know what type of anaesthesia is used i.e. needles, drops or whatever. A few years ago I had an eye op in the UK which involved lots of needles - not pleasant and wondered if the C.D.S Hospital was the same? Thanks.
