Setting up Electricity and Water Bill Payments Online

Hi Everyone,

I need to settle some outstanding electricity and water bills on a perperty in Marbella but don't have the latest bills to hand (they stopped coming). I wanted to set up an online account with Endesa, but I don't have the NIF code and bills stopped coming to my address a long time ago. I understand that all the information I need is at at the bottom of the last bill.

As I don't have any bills, I need to get the details at the local Endesa and water utility offices in Marbella. Please could someone let me know the address of the Endesa local office in Marbella? I don't know what the name of the water company is but I seem to remember it covers the whole region of Andalucia. Please can someone give some information about the most likely name of the water utility company and the address of their local office in Marbella?

I would be most grateful for any information.

Thanks very much for your response and links. I found this online, but not sure if this is just a service office for arranging repairs or if I can actually get my bill sorted from endesacomercial dot es

Looking at the Endesa website, I can only see a reference to Malaga on the offices / service points page so not sure if the nearest office is in fact in broader Malaga. I think I need to get to an officina comercial rather than a puntos de servicio.

I think the Marbella office is called: PDS Endesa Marbella

Please can anyone confirm whether or not this office will allow me to pay my outstanding bill and access details on my account?

Can't confirm if you can pay at the Marbella service point, do you have enough Spanish to call them and ask?

I know that you always used to be able to pay at the Fuengirola office again but again I would call and confirm before you make a journey.
