Cadastral (Property detail) Map
The Comments |
There is a great new resource for finding property details in Spain.
http://www.maps.data-spain.com/cadastral
It combines google maps and the Spanish Cadastral street maps to easily locate a property and find details about that property. (size, type, use etc ).
Read the welcome page to get the most from the tools which include elevation, distance, area and property info.

Thanks for the link.
It seems our house is numbered wrongly and I can't see what the references mean. eg.. "a" "b" "c"....
How do I find out the designation then? Am I a bit thick?
Don't answer that one please.

What is even scarier is that the actual catastral number isn't recognised!

Send me your cadastral ref no and I will take a look - or use the "share this page" link to send me to the area you are looking at.
btw - you could use the distance or area tool to draw lines around your property before sending me the link and I should see them this end.

The cadastral maps are a bit out of date - our property was built on the site of an old villa, and is shown on the map as a ruin, although it was completed in 2003! But apart from that, it's very interesting and quite fun! Probably could be quite useful as well. Nice one, costa20!
