Montemar near La Finca, Algorfa

Hi, we stumbled across Montemar near Algorfa and really liked it. I guess we thought with it having the La Finca golf course, Hotel and Spa opposite and Alfgorga 2km away it sort of provided everything within a few minutes. Any information would be very useful. Thankyou

Cannot speak for the Montimar development or the running of it but as we have had a property in nearby Los Montesinos know Montimar well.Excellent area overall although a car would be a must to explore the fantastic places around.As you say ,La Finca golf is on the door step which is excellent and which my wife and I have played many times.Do your homework on the management thing and find out the annual charges etc.Great area though.good luck.
