I used to be able to access this useful map here
http://www.maps.data-spain.com/cadastral/
but now I can't get it to work
any ideas ?

Well I can't get it to work so I don't know if it's the same thing or not but you can try goolzoom which has a cadastral overlay.
edit: I can't post a link so you will have to add ".es" after goolzoom for the correct website.
