Hacienda chasing new home owners
The Comments |
Hi,
I've recently heard of a few cases of people in the campo de gibraltar area who have been asked to prove their residence status for the past 4 years, and fill in tax returns where required, immediately after buying a property.
Has anyone else experienced this? And how did you go about proving residency elsewhere?

Both residents and none residents have got to pay Tax if the none resident does not let his property out for profit then he will only pay none resident's tax on his property and IBI they will claim back tax from the day you picked up your escutura (deeds) it is down to you to pay you're tax on time all you have to do is go into the local Hacienda (Tax office) .
