Long term rental required,Costa Calida area.2008

We are looking for a 2 bedroom property to rent for approx 2-3 months from about June 2008 (very flexible with dates) in above area.
We have a dog ,house trained but likes to stay outside and we are non smokers.
If we like it we will be looking for extra long term/permanent rental .I would not be adverese to bit of decorating or gardening.We can supply best references if required.
