This company is the most frustrating I have come accross.

I am trying to go online, to get my bills etc.
I fill in the form, which asks among other things for an invoice number, but the space on my bill where it says Factura is blank. So I go to the help contact screen. This asks for lots of detail, and I attach a copy of my invoice. But it says Wrong Phone  Number even though it is my correct number in Spain. I have tried various forms - no spaces, a dash between bits, putting 0034 in front. All no good.

I phoned the local office, but they say they cannot deal with Web matters.
I can't find a phone number for help on the Web.

Hows that for useless.

Barry I know nothimg about that company butI just had a loook on line. Igoogled  Hidralia factura online  and found a lot of info.

Thanks for that, but it is this contact website to which I referred.

It won't let me sign on as it says my phone number (which is a fixed line Spanish number) is incorrect.

I tried to register to Hidralia Online Office and experienced the same problems, also with the contact side. 
Did you succed in getting in contact with them via email?
I cannot find any email address to Hidralia.
