Anybody Renting From The Bank?

Looking at buying a place from the bank, ive have just had email from the bank guy telling me i can also rent,on the face of it the deal looks ok 180 euro pcm, ( 400 for utillties to be set up which i would pay ) i put the light fittings up,its a 3 year contract,  i have had 2 places in Spain both for around 3 years, the good thing about this i would save £££s on not buying a property and then selling it again, i am not sure who pays the community fees, at that price i would think its the renter. But its hard for me to rent i have allways owned my own properties.Anybody else renting from the bank man, Pros & Cons please if you are.

Law for renting to the Bank are same as if you rented to an individual, a company...

Sorry I can't help. However, I would be most interested in knowing how to approach banks that are renting (or selling) properties without an agent. I thought it was obligatory to have an agent.
