long term rentals

Hi im new to this .We are renting in Torrevieja and thinking of going to Campersol.We are looking at a property in Section D and want to find out more about it as there has been some bad press.We need to know about the area ie.is it safe etc.We dont drive so what about shops banks etc Any info would be very helpful

Sector D is miles from the shops on Sectors A and B and too far to walk on a regular basis. There is no public transport to the shops although there is a bus from SectorA or B to Mazarron but I do not think it runs very often.

At least in Torrevieja you get free public transport if you are near the bus routes. We have recently moved from the campo near Camposol back to Torrevieja area so that we are nearer shops etc.

I have a villa on sector D and I will say you will need a car D sector is approximately 4 KLM from the nearest shops ,have a look on B or A sector for renting the A&B shopping centers have many bars /restaurants/large super market /coffee shops/banks as you would expect on such a large site.Camposol also has a very low crime rate /very freindly place /Lott's of activity's clubs/18 hole golf club /weekly market/ great community spirit .

If you look on the add board's outside the small supermarket on sector A you will find what you want .

Make a good revision of rental contract to guarantee legal coverage of possible time extensions, expenses, guarantee, refurbishment obligations....
