Hi everyone,

We are in the process of having a small pool built on a property at Sierra Golf near Balsicas. The area is under the town hall in Murcia City. We have been advised that we will be required to add a water recycling deposit tank to the build. Wondering if anyone else had experience of this requirement.

Many thanks

Lyndale

Hi

First of all I would ask who is advising you

Then go to town hall yourself and ask then go to your solicitor and ask them to double check

Good luck

I don't understand why you are asking about pool building on this form the pool company l had to build  our pool Handel' everything /the design/the architect drawings/the structural engineers report/the planning permission .if the one you are using is not capable of doing this then they obviously known nothing about pool building when you do find company that knows what they are talking about the only running around you should be doing is back a forth to the bank bank to draw the money out to pay them be warned do not pay anything up front when our pool was built it took two weeks to complete we paid for it in four stages the completed job cost €12,000 as I said paid over four stages.

Thank you both for your replies.

We have employed a builder following meetings, recommendations and estimates. We are proceeding with a builder using an architect, obtaining correct planning permission, we have always intended to do things correctly, respecting local rules for the build, which is how we have discovered by this requirement which a few of the current residents had not heard of, however this may be a new addition and it does make sense to recycle water. This is our first purchase abroad,so total novices but we are sure that everyone was like ourselves at one stage. We are currently back in the UK trying to sort the build etc out. We just asked the question out of curiosity and for a bit of advice which you have kindly provided

Thank you again

Lyndale
