Hi all,
After deliberating for some time, I have decided to use my place in frondoso as a rental property.
Can anyone recommend a reputable management company who can properly do all the usual requirements - e.g. get the property rental ready, be a key holder / provide a cleaning service / check it / manage it properly / successfully provide rentals etc?
I'm only interested in companies who have a proven record, so please advise if you or anyone you know uses an effective company.
