Dos anyone know anything about this resort, may be buying here and want to know more abour Mosa Trajectum and the areas surrounding it - will this be a good investment propery or a loss ???

any information would be helpful

There is plenty of other resorts near by, don't bother with this one at what ever price the property is, I would not live on there if the property was free.

Nedwin  have you been to Murcia ? What budget have you got,  do you want golf & beach,  do you a resort, How did you come a cross Mosa ?

Hi neworld, I noticed a proprty for sale at reasonably good price and like the idea of a private gated community which is safe.

im not too fussed about area Just needs to be safe not too far inland and a good investment.

All the Polaris World resorts have 24 hour sercurity which you will pay towards in your monthly fees,all these resorts are about 15 - 20 from the coast, without knowing what your budget is or property type your after it's hard to comment, but there are many 2 bed apts starting from 60 - 70k euro plus put on about 12 % for taxs and fees, many of these properties come with sellers furniture, You can get 1 bed bank properties never been lived in on a Polaris resort for around 40k plus taxs. Another really nice resort is Hacienda del Alamo,(Oasis) some really nice 2 bed brand new apts for around 60k, but the monthly fees are higher on the Oasis, but it's nice, you need to get out and have a look around.
