The root cause of the problem is lack of effective Banking regulation and compliance, ineffective reporting and monitoring mechanisms to make Banks fully accountable for their failures that have been identified on EOS over several years,...ad infinitum and still growing as more aspects are identified. The whistle blowing continues as good lawyers and posters identify/clarify the first hand detail to the methods the Banks are employing to deny their responsibilities and further exacerbate an already overstretched and under resourced justice system.

They play the system of delays and under resourcing and in the process they cause all manner of harm to both innocent individuals fighting for justice and the system of justice itself ( proliferation of appeals even when case law and SC rulings have been established), not to mention undermine trust in the real estate market through their non adherence to existing law intended to protect and safeguard monies/ BGs , mortgage provision (illegal floor clauses, repossessions and evictions without due process etc), communities ( debt), and now failure to further safeguard monies associated with money transfers....

So perhaps you could answer the question have you been proactive with regard to what you have posted.

Ads I do not think you have any understanding of the subject you keep posting about. It is clear you have a loathing for banks, especially Spanish banks even though you personally have never had a dispute with one.

The root cause lies in the why.

Even if you succeeded with your requests, what use are they when it is only the bank shareholders and customers that are punished and fined and the true offenders (Directors) walk away unscathed.

You keep on infecting threads, going off thread with your hatred of Spanish banks. Sometimes you’re disruptive off thread posts seem against forum rules, but that is not for me to judge.

Why not start your own thread ‘’I hate Spanish Banks’’ and leave others to debate what they want.

On this thread, even Willy Woodentop can understand that money transfer companies should state in their headlines  ‘’YOUR MONEY IS AT RISK AND THERE IS NO COMPENSATION SCHEME’’ the question Willy doesn’t understand is why it is not there.
