Peinsa 97 SL liquidation plan by the bankruptcy administrator has been recently approved by Mercantile Court 2 of Murcia. Mere information.
Off plan buyers expecting to obtain refunds from this or any other bankruptcy proceeding should know that no refund at all will be obtained through this was and that the route to be taken is against related financial institutions.
A recent Court decission by the Supreme Court has affirmed in a express way how creditors in bankruptcy proceeding both if the agred on the creditor´s agreement or not, keep their rights against guarantoors.
