Mulla old town housing
The Comments |
The reality of the housing market is a three bedroomed furnished good quality house in Mulla Old Town cost euro 98,000 in 2002. After being on the market for 8 years it has finaly sold for 18,000 to a Morocann with a case full of varied denomination euro notes. There are reasons why this area has been for a long time not an atractive area to live.

Don’t know Mulla but have been to Mula, Murcia because it is an area favoured by expats.
If the same place why are you of the impression the old town is not a nice place to look live?

Hello harddunby
That is a strange post. I think most people are aware that Spain has suffered a major property crash and the very low resale prices are not a secret. I doubt you can blame it all on the Moroccans with cash, or are you?
You say ‘’There are reasons why this area has been for a long time not an attractive area to live.’’
You may as well complete your post and tell us all why.

Selling a house has to be done, at the very least, by a notary to ensure all the taxes are paid. It is all done by bank transfer, the notaries do not touch cash. Money laundering is strictly regulated in Spain. So your post puzzles me.
