Does anyone have any recommendations for a company that fits into this description?
Our community in Marbella is looking for a new Administrator. A company that is not only an administrative resource but who also has someone who can lead and guide the work of our community gardener / maintenance man.
Our community has 27 units, a community swimming pool, and a full time employed gardener. The annual budget for the community is about 90,000 EUR.
The tasks for an Administrator are:
- Bookkeeping
- Payments
- Salary and tax for 1 employee
- Annual reports
- Juridical advice
- Simple translations Spanish/English
- Summons to General Meetings
- Minutes from General Meetings
- Communication with Owners
- Daily management on site of the employee
- Making maintenance plans and suggestions to the Community President.
