Can anyone tell me if they have closed for the Christmas holidays?

When you write to CostaLuz they will no doubt advise ( or have an automatic reply advising of date of return to the office), but most probably one would expect them to be on Xmas leave up to Jan 7th or 8th which presumably is the norm in Spain?

I am awaiting a reply from an email I sent to them last week. Since I did not receive the usual ‘Christmas Greetings’ email from them I presumed they must still be working when I sent the email.
I must have been crossed off the list😱
