Does anyone have any reccomendations for Rental Sites in Spain,
What are the good points of them as well as the bad
Do i go for pay a commision or pay a yearly fee ?

I used to use Niumba as it was a Spanish site and I was aiming for Spanish guests, but it is part of the bigger group now. I always paid on a per rental basis, not annually.

Again, loads to rent on this site on the RENTALS tab above. You can narrow your search down to location, number of bedrooms, price, long or short term and so on.
Well worth looking at first.

Just list it up on a commission basis with every site, Trip Advisor, HomeAway, HolidayLettings, Booking.com and all the rest.

Is commision base better than paying anual then does this make a difference to amount of enquiries may get

You will get enquiries based on your property, it’s location and your rental prices. Most sites are now commission based. You can list for free on as many sites as you wish.
