Xe now make a charge for smaller amounts

After 10+ years of happy service with Xe, it seems the HiFX takeover a couple of years ago is now filtering into their fees system. Xe abolished transfer fees many years ago, which was a good thing, they encompassed it into the rate charged. It seems that smaller amounts now (under £250 I think as the amount does not appear to be published anywhere). I have been making smaller monthly community fees every month (with an adjusted rate), but is seems that now comes loaded with an additional £2 fee. Not a lot of money I know, but as a percentage of the transaction it is quite high.
