My story starts with a deposit for an apartment in the Hippodromo development Mijas Andalusia Spain in 2002. The rest is history when Aifos the company responsible went into liquidation and I lost everything.  In 2014 my son in Australia highlighted an article in the Financial Mail concerning the success of an individual in recovering his deposit with the help of Costaluz Lawyers.  I contacted Costaluz and despite the fact that the bank had not given guarantees with my deposit María and Keith were confident that they would be able to recover my deposit.  It has been a long road for me but throughout this time I have been fully supported and always kept  up to date with the progress of my case.  Keith represented me in the Malaga Court in 2018 and helped prepare me for when I took the stand to give evidence, I could not have wished for a more personable and helpful gent to see me through the court process.  I am very happy to say that Costaluz won my case and after the bank appeal was denied I have finally had my money transferred to my bank account.
