Are the banks still contesting appeal rulings to the Supreme Court and if so have your original concerns re questionable SC rulings now been overridden?
Are the courts and administration still suffering long delays in Estepona ?

Are the banks still contesting appeal rulings to the Supreme Court and if so have your original concerns re questionable SC rulings now been overridden? Yes, banks are taking the angle that, lamantably, Supreme Court opened for them, some Appeal Courts are not following that perspective so, hopefully, that doctrine will be changes soon. We are working actively on it ;)
Are the courts and administration still suffering long delays in Estepona ? Estepona has a newly created recent great Court working a very good speed which makes the whole jurisdiction be healthier.
