Will criminal record affect job prospects

Hi,
I have recently moved to Muel as an expat , in the previous coutnry i lived in i have a criminal record is this something i should disclose to my current employer ? will this have any work restrictions on me ?

Hello Andy and welcome to EOS.
I suppose you would only need to disclose if asked. A criminal record could have work restrictions. It may depend on what crimes you have committed, a parking ticket or murder.
