Form 210

Hi. Hoping to visit Spain very soon and we've completed  Form 210 for 2019, validated and printed it ready to take with us to pay at our bank. We would like to repeat this for 2020 to pay at the same time but are unsure if this will overwrite 2019 which will not yet have been paid. Has anyone tried this?

We don't have electron key or access to our tax records. 

We have just done the same. Paid both years at the same time. There were no problems at the bank. The clerk did suggest paying the money into our account and paying from there but we were happy to just have the forms stamped as usual. 

Thank you and sorry for late reply lijaloo .. we had just left for Spain taking only the 2019 tax return to pay.  We will take our chance that we will get another visit in the near future to organise the 2020 payment.

We did have an odd experience with our bank ... arriving around 11.30 although it was still open to customers,. we were told no transactions could be carried out after 11am which included this type of transfer.

Hi.  Just about to complete form 210 for year ending 31/12/21 .. am I correct in thinking this will be the first year we will be charged 24% because we are no longer in the European Union?

When selling Spanish property ... if this completes mid year, does your lawyer sort out any outstanding taxes for the last year or does the Tax Office calculate and take payment from the 3% withheld from the sale?  Thanks
