As ever I'm sure someone will kindly point out that there is an existing forum that discusses the lower fat options in life, however for now can anyone tell me if you can but something the same as or similar to " Fry Light" "the only one cal spray"
Its a spray sunflower oil which for those that for whatever reason need to be careful how much oil they use when cooking it sprays one calorie of cooking oil, does what it says on the tin.
Anyway any help would be appreciated,I'm CB south if it makes any difference.

No idea where you can buy Frylight but when I was idly looking at the ingredients ( I lead a very sad life) it was simply 60% /40% oil and water and everything else was preservatives and chemicals. Since then I have mixed my own in a spray bottle. Seems to have worked for me.

Scrufty, there's almost nothing in the food lines we in the UK are used to, that Carrefour doesn't sell.

Only TWO, Rixxy ?
Taken from >>> http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rake_%28character%29
"A rake is defined as a man habituated to immoral conduct. Rakes are frequently stock characters in novels. Often a rake is a man who wastes his (usually inherited) fortune on wine, women and song, incurring lavish debts in the process. The rake is also frequently a cad: a man who seduces a young woman and impregnates her before leaving, often to her social or financial ruin. To call the character a rake calls attention to his promiscuity and wild spending of money; to call the character a cad implies a callous seducer who coldly breaks his victim's heart. An alternative, weaker term is a bounder. The rake is often portrayed as a heavy drinker or gambler."

Justin, I sympathise. I'm doing the Atkins too. I would kill for a slice of bread, bowl of cornies and mashed pototoe.
Keep it up!
