There have been some changes at c2skymarbella. Suggest you contact Hilltop Properties at hilltopprops@hotmail.com Same team and location in La Mairena, but changes due to ownership of domain name.

Can't advertise on here, but my Brother has a Property Management Company.
Covering areas on Costa Blanca, from Aspe, Elche, down to Playa Flamenca, Alicante, Torreveija and beyond.
Airport runs also.

Has this become the place to advertise property management?
My understanding was that there was to be no commercial posts on here, no matter who they are. PM'ing people seems ok but this is getting out of hand. We are in danger of being swamped with every Tom, Dick and Harry who runs a 'property management' business.
Justin, can you set the record straight please.

noelandwilma, yes, it's getting very annoying isn't it! And I have already deleted many posts from this thread.
Causeway Property Care, as you have relentlessly tried to push your property management business down our throats I will keep deleting your posts and delete your account if I have to. Forum spamming is NEVER a good way to promote your business as you will only create negativity towards your business.
PLEASE, this thread is ONLY for recommendations. IF you want to advertise your business (such as Darren Ward does on specific forums) then that is the proper way of doing it.

rortyl, one of the best ways to search for a good rental agent is to do a search in Google for "holiday rentals marbella" or "marbella hoilday lets" or "apartments for rent in Marbella", for example, and the sites that come up near the top will generally generate the most enquiries. Take a look at those sies and see if they are of inerest to you.

Hi
We are just about to complete on a propery near Marbella and have been approached by a company called La Cala Property Care to manage the property for us. Has anyone had dealings with this company. Any feedback good or bad would be appreciated.

Hi All
Has anyone on the forum used OVP for renting their property out for holiday lets? Feedback would be very much appreciated in our search for a reliable holiday rentals company. We have used them previously as holidaymakers but wonder if they are as good to the owner as they were to ourselves.
