Acapulco, we have friends on our urb who are avid line dancers. They are resident & would help you, I know. When r u going over next ? Do you rent when you go over ? (No, we don't rent ours out, I'm not touting for rentals here).

If you enjoy rock & roll I know The Castilla restaurant, just before you get to the roundabout coming from Quesada end & on your right, has a R & R evening each Sunday night. Friends have been & loved it.

Sadly had to leave furry friends in the land of Smiles. Found them good homes tho, spent ages making sure the new owners would love them as much as we did.

Now no cats and no dogs, doesn't feel right atall, altho new baby quite a handful.

Acapulco - seriously do yourself a huge favour and rent for min 6 months. You will learn so much you will shudder. No rush in the world, more props than you can poke a stick at and they are not going anywhere but downhill.

You will make such a better choice after 6 mnths, like my seagull you might even get a steal!

Hi More,  taken asgood a look of El Raso as possible from the internet and it looksgood.Seems o be plenty of properties availableas well although sme of them are really posh and out ofour price range.Dona Pepe looks prettygoodto.

You are right "magic straws" are the best negotiating tool you can buy,i can get my kids to do most things on the promise of them...

El raso and Dona Pepa are both nice areas.

                  Been looking at El Raso on Google Earth. Is the pic very recent ?  There does not seem to be a lot of property on it but roads are in for a lot more to be built.

GE says 2008 but I suspect the view is older.

Hi Acapulco - Google Earth is at least two years out of date for my area at Play Golf which, I think, is not far from where you are looking.  My house is at the foundation stage on the picture - despite the fact that I moved in over a year ago!

Still, its good to look at when I am pining for the place!  Roll on May when I move out for good!
