Hi All,
We are looking at buying again, this time in La Vizcaronda, Duquesa.
It's a brand new town house from the promoter from what we have been told.
Anything we should know before putting our deposit down?
The promoter is Anglo Irish Realty

just wondering - did you buy in La Vizcaronda, and do you know if any left to purchase. I have stayed in this Development and I think it is really lovely.
I am working on getting one to rent for the summer with view to buy.

i it is from a Developer, check the vendor's title first along with the first occupancy permit.
