Hi Maria, welcome to the general forum.
I wondered if you had joined your development's forum & I see that you have.
As you say it would be good if other owners of La Recoleta would post but many people don't like to get involved. If they don't want to join in, no one can make them. 
That is rather unfair in my opinion as if we (those who do post) just lurked too, then there wouldn't be a forum, would there ?
