Spanish countryside experience

Since I live here now for about 4 years at the lovely Orihuela-Costa, I´m ready for a change. I´ve been traveling a lot and I found the countrysides very pleasant, the price are better for food and houses. Now here my question...does anybody now a good legal builder in the countryside around Pinoso, Jumilla or Fortuna? I would like to get some first hand infos if possible.
We would like to build a house in a nice area with nice neighbours. Thanks ....

We live in a beautiful area about 20 minutes from Pinoso and 30 minutes from Jumilla. It is called La Zarza and we were lucky to have builders recommended to us who have been excellent. They built us a house in just over 4 months - we have been in just over a year now and they still fix any little things that need doing. They do everything legally and have the added advantage of having a bi-lingual englishman in their team which avoids communication problems. Their name is Country Homes and Logistics - may be worth contacting! Good luck - I hope you find somewhere you like
