English lawyer/ solicitor required specilising in "Spanish Law" to try and get our money back!

Hi,

We are in the process of trying to get our money back for a purchase made at the ACC site which is now at a stand still, the developer has agreed to a refund and the cancellation contract has been signed. But he doesn't appear to want to give the money back very quickly. Our current solicitors don't appear to be doing much to speed up the process, so was woundering if anyone has found a solicitor who is prepared to put our intrest first and fight to get our money back.

We are also trying to get our money back

with the help of Maria de Castro , she has been very helpful and always keeps you up to date with developments

she has after 1 month negociated with developer and they have agreed to pay us our 50% deposit back plus interest in out of court settlement

we are trying to get some of the solicitors fees paid also but we havent had word on that as yet!

Hi Justin,

Through TRG's legal teams in Marbella we have class actions progressing before the Courts and satisfied clients who have had their cash returned. Four further such actions are pending.

All cases need to be properly studied to establish the core claim and supporting facts. Negotiation rather than Court action should always be considered.
