Hi I have been trying to get hold of these agents. I know they have changed their tel no. since they moved but the one provided still doesn't seem to work. Can any-one help please.

Sorry about the confusion but the numbers rixxy put up should work ok now,i am never moving offices ever again!!!!!!!!
Telefonica in their infinite wisdom somehow managed to turn a reasonably easy process into the most difficult one in the whole world.
Numbers should be ok now as after 6 weeks Telefonica have now had several meetings,Focus grops and brainstorming get togethers to decide where the button is that needs to be pressed and on what day and what member of staff should push it!!!!!

I have been a little busy lately so i took a few days off to recharge,funnily enough my batteries have to be charged at 30 degrees,submerged in Water with a regular top up of Cerveza.................................

Its very true,we do come here for an easier life but you have to work twice as hard to get it!!
I suppose nothing in life is worth having unless you have to graft to get it.
