I am looking to buy a 3 bed house in Torrevieja or the Oriheula Costa preferably also with separate accomodation, but would like to PART EXCHANGE my NEW 2 bed apartment at LOS LOCOS, Torrevieja. This apartment is 2 minutes walk to the beach, has AIR CON and is FULLY FURNISHED. It is also easily rentable to holiday makers.
I am prepared to pay any difference in price.
