One for Justin.....
Just a comment on the property search, that if you know the local area you are interested in, the search engine has very little scope. It would be much more useful if it was possible to focus the search on a narrower area of interest. I know this means more work for you guys, but maybe one for the future?

One more for Justin..........
Many of the proerties seem to remain on the site permanently. I have tried contacting 2 sellers over the last few weeks but did not get a reply.
I think there ought to be an expiry on the adverts, even if it is then free for the seller to reinstate the advert. This way you would only have actual current properties for sale. As things stand the properties for sale are embedded in lots of noise, and this will just get worse over time.
