 Yes More I have read the links, but over the years I have had a number of exchange students mainly German and French.  Some good some not so good. So I will give it a miss but as you say it is a good opportunity for some people. I see they do different services as well perhaps Georgia might like the Au Pair facility while OH away  they might know what the white things are used for in the kitchen  Sorry Georgia. Pat, I think GEORGIA would LOVE an au pair though he wouldn't want his lovely fiery Italian wife to hear that. 
We've had Spanish & French students stay with us many years ago, here in the UK, though aged only 12-18 & some a right blo**y handful.
