Hello Wannabee walker
If you have a look on the algorfa & san miguel website there are some routes for ambles/walks. If you are local to these places I feel sure that if you set a date there would be people to join you!
Good luck

Hi all,
I know this is an old thread but it just popped up on Google so i thought I would give it a try...
Those who walk in Spain (not neccessarily limited to the Costa blanca region) - where do you purchase your walking clothes / equipment / shoes? Is there a store in Costa blanca which you would recommend?
All comments welcome!

Thanks Ian. I will take a look.
I've also been looking into buying from the UK and having items delivered... postage seems to cost around £7 per order but the prices do seem lower on the whole...
Stores that I used to shop at whilst in the UK now deliver to Spain e.g. Cotton traders, Blacks. Has anyone had anything delivered from the UK?

Hi, just to follow up - I checked out a few of the stores I mentioned and Cotton traders were offering some walking shoes for half price (down to £15). I had them delivered and am v pleased. V comfy - I wouldn't recommend wearing them to walk up and down mountains but they are perfect for the strolls I know and love!
Thanks for your help.
