Iberbanda & Telefónica

Looking at my Iberbanda bill, it seems that Iberbanda (who I thought was a plucky little company standing alone against the corporate monopoly) is part of the huge, horrible, Telefónica.
Anyone know otherwise?

 Hi Max, if you do a google search, it does say Iberbanda is a subsidary of Telefonica. Pat

Telefonica didn't always own Iberbanda, but they took it over a good while back.

I've just this minute recovered connection to phone and internet - service down again! When it's on (which is most of the time), then it's great. Just seems a bit unreliable, that's all.
Here's a challenge: POST HERE ALL COMPLIMENTS ABOUT TELEFÓNICA...........
