Hi,
I have been reading here and other sites how intenet access is developing rapidly in Spain, particulary mobile Internet.
I wanted to ask if it is now possible to obtain access via pay as you go,or daily, weekly or monthly contracts.

The reason i ask is that i am planning to be in Spain about 6 weeks a year ( 3 trips) and wanted to avoid the cost and waste of an annual contract.
I will be in Arcos de La Frontera,Near Jerez,I am not sure how developed the internet is for mobile access in this area also.
Many thanks in advance.

We could only find a monthly contract mobile internet. It costs 32 or 35 euros a month with Orange and it's  s-l-o-w.  Maybe other providers such a Vodafone are better, I don't know,  or maybe it's the area we are in, Peniscola., Costa del Azahar.

I was looking at changing ISP's in the Uk and have noticed that BT offer wireless minutes as part of your subscription. These can be used Worldwide using the FON network. Worth considering if you have BT already. Vodafone also have a PAYG wireless internet dongle from about €30- €60 top ups.
