why can't i receive private messages?

I get messages on my mail, once im going to read them, even being logged in, says its not available?? What can i do????

Now you've made 13 posts, you should be able to receive them. The PM facility is "locked off" to newcomers until 10 posts ave been made to help prevent the spamming we used to get. If you are still unable, you should send an email to Justin and ask him to look into it.
