Hi,
I'm Rachael and work for a holiday home letting company. Before you shoot me for advertising, let me explain! I'm responsible for the advice section on our site and really want to be up-to-date with all things Spanish property related. The more information I can gather (with the help of some very informative threads) the better the advice that will be generated (once everything is finally back up to speed!).
Naturally, when I've posted enough, I would like to add a link to the website in my signature, but ONLY if that is OK with other users of the site. So please do let me know.

Hope you enjoy the forum as much as I have/do.
Look forward to your advice on the lettings as I don't think there is anyone on here that does that. We have a resident solicitor, Maria who is our lifeline and also Georgia, a great Estate Agent, so would be good to have someone to answer any queries on the lettings side.
