Aifos Torreblanca

We bought an appartment from Aifos " Aifos Torreblanca " and so far nothing and payment has been done from our site.
We contacted Aifos and we where offered another penthouse at a much higher price but in the contract we are aloud to return the appartment and to get our money back but no reply on that they are only talking about another appartment and for returning the money the are saying that there is no cashflo.
Now we are looking for buyers of Aifos Torreblanca to take Aifos to court because no building is going to be built and no return of money.
