A quick question about property value tax,  which we as non resident property owners need to pay before January.

Last year was our first year and we paid via our solicitor, ~  Is it possible that we can pay it direct this year when we come over in November, ?  rather than through the solicitor, and if so how do we find out which office to go to. ~  we are in Benalmadena.

Hi Chesarina

You certainly can submit and pay the Wealth and Income Tax forms yourself. You should be able to submit them in person in the Torremolinos tax office (addresses for tax offices in Malaga). Before doing this, the form needs to be paid and stamped at your local bank.
