DOMO PHONE RETURNING IT TO TELEFONICA

Anyone know how to return a domo phone which I do not want. 1004 says they will send labels for the return of the phone 2 months later still waiting. Tried the post office they know nothing about having labels... Fed up with paying for something I do not want.....help please
