Roda Golf - Cancelling Contract
The Comments |
Hello to everyone. We have purchased an apartment at Roda Golf which should have been delivered in September of 2008 but is now not going to be ready until May 2010. They have offered a pitiful compensation package but I would like to cancel the contract. I've been told that I'll need to go to court and the court will then set a date by which the property needs to be completed. Sound simple enough but if the court just say it has to be completed by May 2010 then it's a waste of effort.
Has anyone had any experience of this, is it difficult?
Alternatively are there any Roda owners out there who have negotiated a better compensation package than the one that they have offered?
Cheers
DGR

whilst not knowing the site, if it were at all possible to have a return of funds you would almost certainly be in a far better position purchase wise than when you initally purchased due to the many "firesale" deals available, you also have the benefit of being to wlak around actual apartments / villa,s rather than lookingat plans.
