We've a 2 bed townhouse on the Ladera del Mar urbanisation in Isla Plana.  It's 2 bed, 2 bathroom, 2 mins to sea with sea views from bedroom. Small patio front and back. Fully fitted kitchen, available immediately furnished or unfurnished . It takes us 20 minutes to drive to Cartagena. The shops at Isla Plana are about 5 minutes walk. There is a photo of the house on the L'azohia Inmobiliaria website ;I think the reference is M104. 

There is a shared pool. Pets are welcome.  If you're interested I'm sure we can reach an agreement on a very reasonable rent.

I have a two bedroom first floor appartment in Isla Plana village just a stroll from the sea.  It has a  large patio/terrace and a solariam.  Also English satalite television.  It will be available from the beginning of  April for a very reasonable rent.
