Ever tried Tony Romas for ribs....there is now one on the Golden Mile, Marbella. Used to go to the one in central London frequently and a couple of times (well perhaps more) been to the one in Bahamas. They were, in my humble opinion, the best in the world. Not sure of the price here but worth a try - they were always very reasonable.
Otherwise...have a superb recipe for fall off the bone, tender, sticky ribs - no probs to send it to you and soooo easy, Start off in the oven and can be finished off under the grill or BBQ

I got a winer - the hubby! Seriously though sounds great, nect meet on the beach Spirits Ribs and byob! I got a cork hat somewhere..... Just need the sun!
